Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. DealBig.pk is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Receiving Your Order

Inspect the parcel when reasonably possible. If the package appears materially damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact DealBig.pk promptly and keep the packaging, invoice and relevant photos or video for claim verification.
